    Our community is looking for an Activities Coordinator / Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for planning and delivering engaging resident programs while also providing transportation support for residents.

    Part-time hours- (24 hours weekly)

    ResponsibilitiesActivities & ProgrammingAssist in planning, scheduling, and conducting programs that support residents’ physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-beingEncourage and engage residents to participate in activitiesPlan and facilitate daily programs, special events, and holiday celebrationsCoordinate events from start to finish (set-up, execution, breakdown)Organize and maintain an activities calendar and community newsletterMaintain activity spaces and supplies; manage inventoryCoordinate with other departments to support programming needsSupport memory care and mixed-group programming as applicableMeet with new residents to introduce programs and build engagementOrganize and support volunteer involvementOther duties as assigned

    Transportation & DriverProvide safe, timely transportation for residents to activities and appointmentsAssist residents in and out of vehicles, including mobility supportSecure wheelchairs and ensure passenger safetyMaintain vehicles (cleaning, fueling, basic inspections)Document vehicle condition and support compliance (registration, licensing)QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s preferred)1–3 years of experience in activities, hospitality, or senior living preferredMust be 21+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving recordCDL may be required based on community needsStrong communication, organization, and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPassion for working with seniors and creating meaningful experiencesAbout the Role

    This is a hands-on, resident-facing position that combines programming and transportation, ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with residents and being involved in daily community life.


    Qualifications:Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is preferred Passion for working with seniors and creating meaningful experiencesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, organization, and customer service skillsCDL may be required based on community needsMust be 21+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    Our Independent Senior Living community is looking for a Director of Sales to join our team.

    This is an opportunity to improve the lives of seniors while earning a potential compensation package of over $100K. We are looking for sales professionals who are highly skilled at discovering sales motivations, building relationships, overcoming objections and closing. Senior living experience is not required but a willingness and determination to meet sales and census goals is a must. The compensation for this position includes a base salary, outstanding commission earning potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

    In this position:

    You will interact with seniors, their family member and other influencers as they explore their new vibrant living options.You will conduct community tours, host various prospect and professional events to build occupancy in your community.You will create a Business Development plan to educate professionals on our community and the services we provide for Seniors.You will be responsible for meeting the Move In goals of the community to grow occupancy.

    Qualifications:

    2+ years of sales experience with proven results, preferably in senior living sales, hospitality sales or heath care salesCompassionate with an interest in working with seniorsStrong communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence decision makingExpert at discovering a prospects sales motivation and needsQuick, strategic thinker with the ability to understand and overcome objectionsAbility to close sales in person and over the phoneSelf-starter with a passion for sales and accomplishing goalsProject a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust

    Requirements:

    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)Experience working with sales CRM systems, tracking leads and sales activities

    Our community is looking for a Server to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    Utilizes proper food handling and food service techniques. Takes meal/drink orders and serves meals in a friendly and timely manner. Assures resident/guest is satisfied with their meals. Maintains knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items and explains to residents or guests. Maintains assigned tables and surrounding area in a complete state of cleanliness, appearance and readiness. Follows daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules. Assists with orientation and training of new food servers. Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures. Sets-up and cleans the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards. Maintains or exceeds standards of appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation, and hygiene. Performs and completes opening and closing checklist criteria. Assists in dining room and surrounding areas for proper directional flow, organization and supplies placement. Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in fine dining preferred.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in Senior Living preferred Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required. Great organizational skills a must Strong communication skills Attention to detail and presentation of food product is required. Must be able to work weekends.
