    Role Purpose 

    The Integration Project Manager serves as Solidaire’s execution engine for all post‐close integration activities across HR, Finance, Operations, IT, and Legal. This role manages timelines, deliverables, risks, and cross‐functional coordination to ensure every acquisition transitions into Solidaire’s operating model on schedule and with minimal disruption. 

    This position eliminates execution gaps, improves cross‐functional alignment, and creates a repeatable project management framework that supports Solidaire’s rapid acquisition cadence. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    1. Integration Project Planning & Execution 

    Build and manage detailed project plans for Day 1/30/60/90 integration milestones. Track tasks, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across all workstreams. Facilitate integration meetings, action item reviews, and cross‐functional alignment. Maintain integration dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for leadership. 

    2. Pre‐Close Assessment & Readiness 

    Support pre‐close assessments to identify operational, HR, financial, and systems risks. Build readiness checklists, communication plans, and onboarding workflows. Ensure all pre‐close requirements are completed prior to Day 1. 

    3. Post‐Close Coordination & Issue Resolution 

    Coordinate cross‐functional teams to ensure timely execution of integration tasks. Identify risks, escalate issues, and drive resolution with urgency. Support system migrations, policy harmonization, and operational alignment. Ensure acquired leadership teams receive timely communication and support. 

    4. Documentation, Governance & Continuous Improvement 

    Maintain integration documentation, templates, and playbooks. Capture lessons learned and update integration frameworks accordingly. Support training and enablement for internal teams involved in integration. Ensure governance standards are followed across all integrations. 

    Qualifications 

    3–5+ years project management experience in operations, HR, finance, or integration environments. Strong organizational, communication, and cross‐functional coordination skills. Experience in M&A, PMI, or multi‐site operations preferred. PMP or similar certification preferred. 

    Success Measures (First 12 Months) 

    100% on‐time delivery of integration milestones. Reduction in integration execution gaps and escalations. Integration dashboards fully adopted across workstreams. Improved cross‐functional alignment and communication. Successful integration of all acquisitions with minimal disruption.

    About the Role

    This is not an IT Integrations or Implementations role.

    The Head of Enterprise M&A Integrations serves as Solidaire’s enterprise leader for all post‐close integration activities across HR, Finance, Operations, IT, and Legal. This role owns the integration playbook, governance model, and execution framework that ensures every acquisition transitions into Solidaire’s operating model with speed, accuracy, and minimal disruption.

     

    This position eliminates integration risk, accelerates value capture, and creates a scalable, repeatable integration engine capable of supporting Solidaire’s aggressive acquisition strategy.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Enterprise Integration Strategy & Governance

    Own Solidaire’s integration playbook, including Day 1 readiness, Day 30/60/90 milestones, and long‐term integration outcomes.Establish governance structures, meeting cadences, and reporting frameworks for all integrations.Build risk management frameworks to identify, escalate, and mitigate integration issues.Partner with executive leadership to align integration priorities with enterprise strategy.

    2. Cross‐Functional Program Leadership

    Lead cross functional integration teams across HR, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, and Safety.Ensure all workstreams deliver on timelines, dependencies, and integration requirements.Facilitate integration steering committees, executive updates, and decision-making forums.Maintain integration dashboards, KPIs, and status reporting for leadership.

    3. Pre‐Close Assessment & Day 1 Readiness

    Conduct pre‐close assessments to identify operational, financial, HR, and systems risks.Build Day 1 readiness plans, communication strategies, and onboarding workflows.Ensure all regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements are met prior to close.Partner with Legal and Finance to support due diligence and transition planning.

    4. Post‐Close Execution & Value Capture

    Lead execution of all integration activities, ensuring alignment with Solidaire’s operating model.Drive system migrations, policy harmonization, financial alignment, and operational standardization.Track value capture metrics, including cost synergies, revenue enablement, and operational improvements.Ensure acquired leadership teams are supported, aligned, and integrated into Solidaire culture.

    5. Continuous Improvement & Scalability

    Refine integration playbooks, templates, and tools based on lessons learned.Build a scalable integration model capable of supporting increasing acquisition volume.Develop training and enablement for internal teams involved in integration.Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on integration readiness and capacity.

     

    Qualifications

    12+ years M&A integration, consulting, operations, or program leadership experience.Experience leading integrations in PE‐backed or multi‐site environments strongly preferred.Strong program management, governance, and cross‐functional leadership skills.Ability to manage complex, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders.Excellent communication and executive presence.

     

    Success Measures (First 12 Months)

    Commercial Plumber - Experienced Journeyman or Licensed Contractor


    Enervise has been in service for almost 40 years and continues to grow at a constant pace. Enervise is seeking to hire full-time Plumbers to join our growing team to run service calls and install, repair, and/or modify commercial equipment, all while ensuring that work is to state plumbing codes.     Responsibilities

    We are looking for experienced Commercial Plumbers to efficiently undertake a variety of plumbing service work including fixing leakages, drain problems, maintenance, repair and replacement of water heaters, plumbing fixtures, water, gas, waste and vent piping, backflow systems. Also updating existing systems and light new installation work. Work sites are commercial and industrial buildings.

    You will:

    Problem solve commercial plumbing issuesLocate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.Repair domestic fixtures (e.g. sinks) etc.Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks or toilets.Obtain needed supplies and equipment to complete assigned tasks.Performs a variety of repair or replacement functions related to plumbing, minor electrical work related to water heaters, wiring of pumps and motors, etc.Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems. Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes, or fixtures in structures.Estimate time, material, or labor costs for use in project plans and keep projects on scheduleInspect structures to assess material or equipment needs, to establish the sequence of pipe installations, or to plan installation around obstructions, such as electrical wiring.Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring). Cut openings in structures to accommodate pipes or pipe fittings.Inspects boilers and plumbing systems in facilitiesMaintain, troubleshoot, and repairs boiler systemsWork as a team with other departmentsTransports equipment to job sites as neededRepairs and replaces broken water and sewer linesClears sewer and drain lines, commodes, etc.Directs and assists in the installation of boiler systemsPerforms maintenance and installation functions associated with all water system equipmentMeasures, cuts, threads, and assists in the installation of pipes and tubingRepairs and replaces hot water tanks, circulating pumps, etc.Repairs and replaces valves and other plumbing componentsResponsible for keeping and maintaining a clean workspaceKeep records of work assignments electronically


    Required knowledge, skills, abilities

    You’ll need:

    Demonstrated experience and technical knowledge required to perform plumbing service calls in commercial/industrial facilities.Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in commercial and industrial buildingsAbility to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)Soldering, brazing, welding skillsKnowledge to conduct service/installations according to the Ohio Plumbing CodeHVAC and Working knowledge of chilled water and heating water systems is a plus (but not required)Must have excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency computing general business mathGood communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with preferred (but not required) DWV (Drain, Waste, Vent) plumbing system including PVC, cast iron, copper, CPVC, fusion, SOR, mechanical and all associated fittings and connections; water supply and distribution systems including copper, PVC, CPVC, fusion/thermoplastics, ductile, PEX, galvanized, brass, PB/PE plastic piping and all associated fittings and connections to previous materials; water heaters and boilers including gas and electric; plumbing fixtures including faucets, flush valves, backflow preventers, double check valves and RPZ type valves; sensor type fixtures including flush valves, faucets and hydrants; pumps including sump, sewage, and ejection type pumps; water filtration


    Required qualifications

    You’ll need:

    3 yrs of plumbing experience is a mustHigh School Diploma or GEDTrade school or successful completion of apprenticeshipValid driver's license and good driving recordDrug Free and able to pass Criminal Background CheckOSHA safety. Training will be provided if needed.

    Physical qualifications

    Role Purpose

    The Staff Accountant supports Solidaire’s multi‐entity accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance across a rapidly growing portfolio. This role plays a critical part in stabilizing newly acquired companies during integration and maintaining financial accuracy across all brands.

    This position reduces close cycle risk, strengthens financial controls, and supports a scalable accounting model aligned with Solidaire’s acquisition strategy.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Daily Accounting Operations

    Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules across multiple entities.Support AP/AR processing, cash management, and expense workflows.Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and supporting documentation.Assist with job costing, revenue recognition, and operational accounting tasks.

    2. Month‐End Close & Reporting

    Support month‐end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.Ensure accuracy of payroll GL entries, tax liabilities, and money movement.Partner with Finance Integration Lead during integration periods.

    3. Integration Support & Data Validation

    Assist with financial data migration, validation, and cleanup for acquired companies.Support alignment of chart of accounts, cost centers, and financial workflows.Conduct pre‐ and post‐integration reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

    4. Compliance, Controls & Audit Support

    Maintain documentation for SOX‐aligned controls and financial processes.Support internal and external audits with schedules and documentation.Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications

    1–3+ years accounting experience.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.Experience with ERP systems and multi‐entity accounting.Strong Excel and reconciliation skills.Detail‐oriented with strong analytical capability.

    Success Measures (First 12 Months)

    Accurate and timely completion of month‐end close tasks.Reduction in reconciliation errors and adjustments.Successful support of financial integration activities.Strong audit readiness and documentation accuracy.

    Improved accuracy in financial reporting across assigned entities
