What You'll Do As a Support Engineer, you willbe responsible forassisting the Site Manager in managing the daily activities at our refining and chemical customers in Eastern Kentucky. You will focus on safety initiatives at the customer sites to improve overall working conditions. You will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager with product inventory and ordering as well as equipment upkeep. Role ResponsibilitiesInclude: Review treatment programs and processes within the territory accounts ensuring effective applications through routine testing and monitoring resulting in customer satisfaction and business retention. Overview The Corporate Account Manager builds and maintains strong long-term relationships with senior-level decision makers and influencers across an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, including large or strategic organizations within a defined geographic or industry focus. This role identifies, develops, and closes new business opportunities while expanding revenue within existing accounts. The position is responsible for positioning the company's products and services, increasing account spend, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities fall within the Account/Relationship Management function. What You'll Do Lead sales efforts in the dairy channel, with a primary focus on furtherprocessing companies, to drive brand visibility and revenue growth. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field preferred. 5+ years of proven business planning and execution experience within the Dairy channel. Experience in food safety and chemical sales, with demonstrated success overseeing revenue portfolios of $50M+. Background managing national or major accounts. Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively, including regular overnight travel. POSITION SUMMARY To work in the manufacturing areas, performing routine tasks such as labeling, stacking, packing, wiping or assembling of finished goods. Each task will be performed in the area specified by the Production Supervisor to support the needs of Production, and in a safe manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manually label boxes, containers, pails and drums. Manually fill containers using hose and manual valve from holding tank or tote. Physically lift 1.5 gallon bottles (multitude of size boxes) or smaller into boxes, add inserts or accessories for final assembly and shipping. Hand place caps or pumps on any given line. Weld caps, using the ultrasonic welder. Palletize items at the end of any line. Clean work area daily. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Organizational Skills: Must be able to take and follow directions.
