    As a Solar Installer, you will work alongside experienced professionals to install, maintain, and service residential solar panel systems. If you are passionate about renewable energy and enjoy hands-on work outdoors, we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities

    Install photovoltaic (PV) solar panels, racking systems, and inverters on residential rooftops according to project plans and safety standards (Osha)Assist with site preparation, including measuring, layout, and ensuring safe work conditionsIdentify and address electrical, environmental, and safety hazards on-site.Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on installed solar systemsMaintain accurate records of work performed and update job status as needed.Ensure compliance with OSHA, local, and company safety standards, including proper use of PPE.Collaborate with project management and warehouse teams to coordinate materials and scheduling.Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current on installation methods and safety procedures.
