Mobile Phlebotomist
Solaris Diagnostics is a fast-growing clinical laboratory committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients. We're expanding our mobile team and looking for skilled professionals who are ready to make a difference every day.
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Mobile Phlebotomist, who is confident with difficult blood draws and can provide excellent care in a fast-paced, early morning mobile setting. This role requires open availability, including early morning start times (as early as 2:00 am), rotating weekends and participation in an on-call schedule.
What You'll Do:
Travel a daily route to different nursing facilitiesPerform venipuncture and collect specimens for lab transportMaintain clear and accurate documentationFollow all safety, infection control, HIPAA and company protocolsWorks cooperatively with all Solaris departmentsMust be able to work under minimal supervisionComplete time sheets, mileage logs and other records accuratelyMust maintain a good driving recordMust have a reliable vehicle that can meet daily driving requirementsMust have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of two years phlebotomy experience (Mobile phlebotomy is a plus)Reliable vehicle, car insurance and driver's license.Smartphone for communication and routingStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Professionalism, punctuality and a patient-focused mindset
