As a Solar Sales Expert, you'll conduct in-home sales presentations, evaluate customer needs, and close deals for residential solar and battery storage products. This is a face-to-face field sales role focused on helping homeowners switch to clean, affordable energy.
What you'll do:
• Develop self-generated sales strategies and secure appointments with prospective homeowners
• Conduct in-home presentations that evaluate customer knowledge and energy needs
• Manage the full prospect-to-install pipeline with consistent follow-up
• Track activity and outcomes using CRM tools
• Meet or exceed minimum sales targets set by leadership
What you'll need:
• Minimum 1 year of sales or lead-generation experience (in-home sales preferred)
• Age 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends around homeowner schedules
• Comfort using an iPad, computer, and standard software applications
Compensation & benefits:
