Senior Associate: Duties: Integration Testing, SIT Execution, UAT Support - Understanding of different Market Managers in Endur - Good understanding of Crude & Refined products business - Energy trading and risk management with emphasis on Oil Trading & scheduling - Indepth knowledge of various derivatives instruments (Futures/swaps/options etc covering US and Europe markets 2. Manager Level: Duties: Test Case development, Functional Testing, SIT Execution, UAT Support - Experience with Open Link Endur V16 & Higher - Ability to understand business needs and convert to functional requirements, solution design, and test - Work with offshore technical team and provide required guidance - Provide training when needed to business & prepare process guides 3. Associate Director: Duties: Endur Experts roles; back office expert; BA type role - Planning, delivery, and assurance of your workstream deliverables - Driving and managing scope and design for a workstream, including assessing the risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts of various solution options - Point of escalation for issues within your workstream - Coaching and mentoring of the wider business analysis team 4. Manager Level Accounting: Duties: Back office, Accounting, Endur expert - Hands-on experience with Deal Modelling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and reporting within Endur - PnL & Exposure reports & Simulations - Stakeholder management - building relationships with key stakeholders, keeping them informed and managing expectations - Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager designation - Certified Agile Product Manager designation.
