Team Snowy is seeking motivated and passionate coaches to join our coaching staff at Snowy Range Ski Area. We offer alpine ski and Snowboard racing/competition programs for athletes ages 5-18, providing opportunities for every athlete to excel, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love for the sport. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Prior coaching and/or racing experience is preferred, though candidates eager to complete relevant professional development or coaching education will also be considered. Responsibilities include leading on-snow training sessions that emphasize skill progression, safety, and sportsmanship; collaborating with fellow coaches to create a positive team culture; communicating effectively with athletes, families, and staff; maintaining a safe learning environment in all weather and snow conditions; and supporting athletes at races when applicable. Candidates must be able to ski or ride confidently in variable terrain and conditions for extended periods and work both independently and as part of a team.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 per week
