Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $16–$18/hour (DOE)We are seeking a dependable and experienced Dental Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established practice. This role requires a strong background in chairside assisting and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide chairside assistance during a variety of dental proceduresPrepare and sterilize instruments and treatment roomsTake and develop dental X-rays (as permitted by certification)Assist with patient intake, charting, and documentationEnsure patient comfort and maintain a professional, welcoming environmentFollow strict infection control and safety protocolsSupport front office tasks as neededQualificationsMinimum 3.5 years of recent chairside dental assisting experienceCompletion of an accredited Dental Assistant programCertification required (CDA or equivalent preferred)Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization standardsProven track record of reliability and dependabilityExcellent communication and patient care skillsAbility to work efficiently in a team-oriented environmentWhat We OfferConsistent weekday schedule (Monday–Thursday)Opportunity for permanent placementSupportive team environment
