We have a Far East manufacturing company needing a stand-up forklift operator.
Please do not apply unless you have stand-up forklift experience and are good at driving a stand-up forklift. You will be tested at the company.
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate a STAND-UP forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. If you have experience in warehouse operations and are proficient in handling heavy equipment, we want to hear from you.
Duties
- Operate a forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries
- Move goods to and from storage areas
- Perform routine pre and post-inspections on forklift equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Assist in other warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other heavy equipment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Basic math skills for inventory counts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification to operate a forklift (preferred)
- Familiarity with reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers (nice-to-have)
- Mechanical knowledge for minor repairs (nice to have)
