    Smyth is hiring a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our growing team at our facility centrally located in the Twin Cities. If you have printing experience and strong mechanical aptitude, this is a great opportunity to work a compressed 3-day schedule while producing high-quality labels and packaging.

    Joining Smyth with experience that includes cold foil, hot stamp dies, rotary screens, and/or tactile varnishes AND you can deliver consistent quality throughput, your overall compensation would reflect those experiences.

    Thursday–Saturday | 5:00 AM – 5:15 PM (shift differential paid for this schedule)12.25-hour shifts (36.75 hours/week)Overtime available (paid after 40 hours)

    What You’ll Do

    Daily Estimating

    RFQ / Bid Package Management

    Coordinate and manage the full RFQ process—from receiving requests to finalizing and submitting pricingParticipate in pricing assumption discussions: run parameters, print frequency, pre-press amortization, and margin targetsGenerate pricing for RFQ line items and upload to customer portals as requiredManage RFQ timelines to ensure on-time submissionsReview RFQs for technical production feasibility and escalate as needed
