    Position Overview

    One Source Business Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Business Broker to join our team in Lancaster, PA. This role is responsible for facilitating the purchase and sale of businesses, identifying potential buyers and sellers, supporting business valuation and pricing strategies, and helping close transactions that contribute to revenue growth for the business unit. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong financial analysis, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

    Requirements

    Required

    Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in business brokerage, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, finance, business development, or a related field.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, financial analysis, and business valuation concepts.Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, prospective buyers and sellers, referral sources, and industry professionals.Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

    Preferred

    Real estate experience or license.Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) or Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI).Experience with business valuation methods, valuation software, or transaction-management tools.Established network within the local business, professional services, lending, real estate, or entrepreneurial community.

    Business Development

    Business Evaluation, Valuation, and Due Diligence

    Evaluate businesses by analyzing financial, operational, and market data. Assist with valuations, pricing strategies, and sale preparation. Support due diligence, identify risks and value drivers, and maintain transaction records.

    Transaction Management

    Manage business sale and acquisition transactions from initial engagement through closing. Negotiate deals and coordinate communication among buyers, sellers, and professional advisors. Guide clients through diligence, closing, and transition planning.

    Marketing and Client Service

    Prepare marketing materials, business profiles, and buyer presentations while maintaining confidentiality. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and referral partners. Communicate transaction timelines, expectations, and requirements clearly and professionally.
