This position is responsible for delivering cabinetry to job sites and performing high-quality installation of custom millwork in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate has strong carpentry skills, attention to detail, and holds a valid Texas driver’s license.
Cabinet Installation
Install custom cabinets, trim, and millwork according to shop drawings and specificationsRead and interpret blueprints and layout plansEnsure cabinets are level, plumb, and securely fastenedPerform field modifications when necessaryMaintain high-quality craftsmanship standardsCommunicate professionally with builders, contractors, and homeownersKeep job sites clean and organizedDelivery & Transportation

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Cabinet Painter / Finisher with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in fine cabinet finishing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a variety of finishing techniques, including staining, painting, glazing, and clear coat applications. This role requires a strong eye for detail, consistency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare wood surfaces for finishing (sanding, cleaning, and filling as needed).
Mix and match stains, paints, and finishes to meet project specifications.
Apply finishes using spray equipment, brushes, and other tools.
Inspect and ensure finish quality meets high standards of craftsmanship.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe finishing area.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Follow all safety and environmental guidelines related to finishing materials.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cabinet painting or finishing.
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and equipment.
Ability to produce consistent, high-quality finishes across multiple surfaces and products.
Familiarity with both water-based and solvent-based finishing systems.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of color and texture.
Ability to lift, move, and handle cabinetry safely and efficiently.
Self-motivated with good time management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in high-end or custom cabinetry finishing.
Knowledge of color matching and touch-up techniques.
Familiarity with spray booth operation and maintenance.
