Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Pallet Sorter to support our warehouse operations. This role involves inspecting, sorting, and handling pallets while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Ideal candidates are physically capable, safetyminded, and comfortable working in a fastpaced setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesSort and Inspect Pallets:
Manually sort pallets by type, size, and condition. Inspect pallets for damage and determine whether they can be repaired, reused, or must be discarded.Material Handling:
Load, unload, lift, stack, and move pallets throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks or by hand, in accordance with safety standards.Maintain Warehouse Cleanliness:
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure a safe and efficient environment.Order Assembly (as needed):
Assemble customer orders by selecting products from inventory and accurately staging them on pallets for shipment.Safety & Compliance:
Follow all workplace safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and company policies.Qualifications & SkillsAbility to perform physical labor, including lifting and stacking heavy itemsExperience using pallet jacks or forklifts (preferred, but not required)Strong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyDependable, punctual, and safetyfocusedPrior warehouse or pallethandling experience is a plusWork EnvironmentWarehouse settingStanding, lifting, bending, and repetitive movements requiredMay involve exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures#84FL
