Smiles Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking a warm, polished, highly organized Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team and support our Office Manager and clinical team in delivering exceptional care to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
Present treatment plans with clarity and confidence
Coordinate pediatric, orthodontic, and sedation scheduling
Communicate with parents before and after visits
Support the Office Manager in organizing administrative flow
Ensure each family feels welcomed, informed, and cared for
Experience:
Dental or medical office experience preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance and fee-for-service workflows is encouraged
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a dynamic environment
Interest in digital workflows a plus
