This entry-level position focuses on basic program activities, data entry, materials preparation, and frontline customer service to families and community partners. Program Support (60%) Assist with daily program operations and activity implementation Prepare materials, supplies, and resources for program activities and events Greet and check in families and participants for program services Maintain organized filing systems for program materials and participant information Enter data into program databases and tracking systems Assist with inventory management of program supplies and materials Set up and break down spaces for program activities and events Photocopy, print, and assemble program materials and handouts Respond to basic inquiries about program services via phone, email, and in-person Administrative Support (30%) Schedule appointments and program sessions as directed Maintain accurate attendance records and participant logs Process referrals and direct families to appropriate resources Assist with preparation of mailings, newsletters, and communications Order supplies and maintain supply inventory Support coordination of program logistics including room reservations and equipment needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of program spaces Outreach and Community Engagement Support (10%) Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials in the community Assist with setup and support at community events and health fairs Help prepare materials for workshops and presentations Support general outreach activities as assigned Qualifications: Required: Associate degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, Social Work, or a related field Basic computer skills including email, word processing, and data entry Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of participant information Reliable transportation for occasional community event support Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings Preferred: Experience working with young children, families, or in community service settings Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, Social Work or a related field Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Dependability and punctuality Basic understanding of child development (birth to five) preferred Willingness to learn about early childhood resources and services Ability to work respectfully with diverse populations Salary/Compensation: $30,730 - $38,230 per year recblid wu79uogp1kph0pzpkxjl1vrdg7xtsk
