    About the Role

    We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-curious, and customer-focused Technician to join our Convention Services team. This is a great entry-level opportunity to start a career in IT and telecom networking while working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

    You’ll be onsite at events, ensuring clients are connected and supported from setup to teardown. You’ll gain practical experience with network hardware, cable installations, and real-time problem solving—while delivering excellent service to exhibitors and event teams.

    What You’ll Do

    Set up and support internet and telecom connections for exhibitors at trade shows, conferences, and large-scale eventsRead event floor plans and translate them into real-world network layoutsInstall, test, and maintain copper and fiber optic cabling, patch panels, and jumpersTroubleshoot on-site issues and provide real-time solutions with confidence and professionalismStay organized and fully equipped by maintaining and restocking tools and suppliesWork closely with internal teams and event staff to ensure flawless execution

    Position Overview
    We’re seeking an experienced IT Support Administrator to join our Las Vegas-based team. This role is essential to supporting our internal users, maintaining our technology infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be the first line of support, solving problems independently and helping shape our IT processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide timely technical support to employees across all company locations through Zendesk, phone, email, and remote support toolsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, printing, email, and account access issuesDeploy, configure, and support Windows PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipmentManage user accounts, permissions, and security groups in Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, Exchange, and related systemsInstall, maintain, and support business applications, operating systems, and endpoint management solutionsTrack, inventory, and maintain company IT assets, including computers, phones, peripherals, and mobile devicesSupport employee onboarding, offboarding, equipment assignments, and workstation setup activitiesProvide remote support and maintenance for systems and users across multiple offices and remote locationsDocument troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical procedures while maintaining accurate ticket recordsEscalate complex issues when necessary and collaborate with engineers, vendors, and other IT teams to drive resolutionAssist with IT projects, technology rollouts, system upgrades, and ongoing operational improvementsCommunicate technical information clearly and professionally to users with varying levels of technical experience

    On-Call Support

    Qualifications

    Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, hardware, printers, networking, and mobile devicesExperience managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365Familiarity with endpoint management platforms such as Intune, Group Policy, or similar device management solutionsExperience with ticketing systems and documenting support activities in a service desk environmentExperience deploying, configuring, and supporting desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devicesStrong customer service and communication skills with the ability to support users at all technical skill levelsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet service level expectationsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracyAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and other departments

    Summary of Key Responsibilities

    Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
