We can teach product knowledge, financing, and sales techniques. What’s harder to teach is personality, warmth, and the ability to make people feel comfortable the moment they walk through the door.
This is not a commission-only job where your paycheck swings wildly every month. We offer stable hourly income at $20/hour, PLUS UNCAPPED MONTHLY BONUS POTENTIAL!!

What You’ll Do:
This is a hybrid role, part delivery driver, part warehouse pro.
Delivery Responsibilities:
Safely deliver furniture to customers’ homesSet up and assemble furniture with careProvide a clean, professional, and friendly customer experienceHandle furniture removal when neededUse delivery routing systems and other computer applications (we’ll train you)Warehouse Responsibilities:
Load/unload trucks efficiently and safelyOrganize and maintain warehouse layoutAssist with showroom floor moves and prepInspect furniture for damage before deliveryHelp ensure orders are accurate and ready to goProperty upkeep I.E. some mowing, spraying weeds etc.Qualifications & Requirements:
Age Requirement: Must be 21+ years of age.People Skills: A genuine love for meeting new people and providing exceptional service.Work Ethic: Reliable team player. (Non-negotiable. If you don’t show up, this isn’t for you.) Able to lift 100+ lbs (with team support)Detail-Oriented: Capable of providing direction, maintaining accurate records, and following all safety procedures.Availability: Flexible to work throughout the week, primarily day-shift hours (including weekends or holidays, if required).Background & Screening: Able to pass DOT requirements(Physical), a criminal background check, and a 5-panel drug screening.Able to operate a 26' Box Truck safely.
