    ● Wear required personal protective equipment and safely handle chemical cleaning agents

    ● Perform bead blasting to clean, deburr, and create uniform surface finishes on metal

    components

    ● Inspect parts before and after processing to verify quality and prevent contamination,

    damage, or part loss

    ● Separate materials prior to processing to prevent cross-contamination and chemical

    reactions

    ● Identify contaminants such as oils and cutting fluids before processing to maintain

    chemical bath integrity

    ● Perform water-break-free testing to verify proper cleaning results

    ● Maintain accurate production records and process documentation

    ● Communicate non-conformance issues by documenting and emailing detailed updates to

    supervisors


    Physical requirements
