    Job Title: Customer Service Representative
    Job Purpose: This full-time position involves helping the agent and co-workers provide excellent
    customer service to the agency’s customers. To do this, the Customer Service Representative is
    expected to be able to contact current customers and assist in customer service the agent and any
    licensed co-workers.
    Experience and Knowledge: General knowledge of office procedures, ambition, and willingness to learn
    are essential attributes of a successful Customer Service Representative.
    Skills and Abilities: A pleasant, outgoing personality.

    Above average organizational and time management skills.
    The ability and desire to learn.
    The ability to handle customer service problems in a professional and friendly
    manner.
    A preference to work with people and meet new people daily.
    The ability to learn and to operate a computer.

    Job Related Training Courses and Programs: The employee will be expected to complete property-
    casualty licensing State exams and State Farm licensing training the first three months of employment in this office.
    Full-time employees are expected to obtain both Property/Casualty and Life/Health State License within
    the first 9 months of employment.

    The agent will pay the fees required for State of Illinois testing and
    renewal costs once the license for the first year only. Licensed staff members will be required to fulfill all
    continuing education courses to maintain their license.
    Essential Daily Functions:

    1. Pleasantly greeting clients and prospects who walk in or call.

    2. Processing policy changes for policyholders.
    3. Contacting and asking policyholders and new prospects to set
    up sales appointments for the agent and team members.
    4. Preparing sales materials for customers.
    5. Fill out an activity log.
    6. Update client data and pivot to another product with every client
    contact.
    7. Ask for referrals on a daily basis.
    8. Handling additional duties that may be assigned.

    Our client in St. Charles is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technicians for 1st and 3rd shift

    Please note that their shifts run from 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am(rotating shifts)

    Maintenance
    • Repair all machine emergency breakdowns and schedule non-emergency repairs
    • Conduct minor electrical and/or electronic repairs
    • Inspect on a routine basis electrical equipment, wiring, fixtures and other components to ensure
    they remain functional and are up to code, as well as to identify any hazards or issues.
    • Determine the reasons for any malfunctions of systems or components and create a maintenance
    or repair plan to solve the problem.
    • Repair electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, equipment, and other components so that they
    remain at full functioning capacity.
    • Test systems with devices such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and ohmmeters to ensure the system
    remains safe and that components are compatible.
    • Review blueprints to understand the placement of wiring or to comprehend the working of the
    equipment to provide the right service and repairs.
    • Provide suggestions on the lifespan of equipment and other electrical components, advising when
    certain components should be replaced due to potential risks.
    • Keep records of all maintenance and repair work conducted, including a record of any supplies
    ordered and used.
    • Ensure all routine maintenance work is handled on a regular schedule to reduce the risk of larger
    and more complex issues and to reduce costs. Monitor all manufacturing equipment and perform
    routine maintenance when required
    • Weld material using in house equipment
    • General maintenance of company building including offices


    Administration
    • Order maintenance supplies
    • Assist Maintenance Manager to obtain quotes and special pricing
    • Assist Maintenance Manager schedule outside contractors
    • Document/log machine setups, hours on equipment, and work done from outside contractors,
    collect paperwork and MIGO services and material as appropriate.
    • Assist Maintenance Manager with inventory and stock control of maintenance department using
    in-house software
    o Assist in routine cleaning and maintaining a 7S environment

    Supervision
    o Assist Maintenance Manager to oversee the work of outside contractors and cleaning
    crew
    Other / additional responsibilities
    • Consider the safety and well-being of yourself, as well as others at all times
    • Interact with co-workers, peers and supervisor in a constructive, productive and cooperative
    manner to meet production needs
    • Drive Full Responsibility and Advice Process throughout the Organization
    • Regular, predictable, on-site attendance is an essential function of the job
    • Follow and Live Liberating Organism (LO) strategies and principles.
    • Follow the requirements for ISO 14001 and 9001 systems
