The Role

In this role, you will coordinate real-time communication between airline flight crews, airline partners, station leadership, and drivers to ensure the safe, reliable, and on-time transportation of airline pilots and flight attendants.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume, mission-critical position requiring the ability to simultaneously manage multiple phone calls, crew requests, driver communications, dispatch issues, operational reports, emails, system updates, radio traffic, and rapidly changing operational conditions while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
