This position will assist project engineers with the design, testing, and implementation of electronic circuits used in avionic systems. The selected candidate must have a BSEE and at least 3+ years of hands-on electronics experience. Experience must include ORCAD schematic capture, working with laboratory test equipment, preparing test procedures and reports, supporting PCB and assembly drawing design, and reviewing drawings and bills of materials. This position will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC Lathes using Esprit software. The selected candidate must have experience with 2-Axis, Live Tooling, and Twin Turret CNC Lathes in a precision machining environment.
Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years of CNC Lathe programming experience, strong knowledge of Fanuc and/or Mitsubishi controls, GD&T, and AS9100 manufacturing environments. Experience creating setup sheets, tooling lists, work instructions, and implementing process improvements is required.
