    Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities Include:

    Ensuring the safe operation of the park.Assist with the aquatics work crew projects.Assisting with overseeing the aquatics staff through daily training, coaching, discipline, and rewards as necessary.Assisting with department and division training.Works an assigned life guarding / ride attendant position when necessaryReceive and maintain a High Pass / Exceeds in all Ellis and Department AuditsWorking with Operations Staff to ensure department and park goals are achieved.Ensuring Guest First Standards are followed and enforced.Maintaining high throughput goals.Handling guest comments and complaints.Ensuring all training requirements and testing procedures are adhered to as set forth by Six Flags.Other tasks assigned by Aquatics or Park Management team.

    Payrate: $15.50 - $17.50/hr.


    Qualifications:At least 1 - 2 years of aquatics experience (lifeguard, ride attendant)Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.Must possess an enthusiastic and positive Guest First Orientation and enjoy working with people.Ability to motivate with excellent leadership skills.Must be self-motivated.Must achieve, receive and maintain Ellis and Associates Special Facilities Certification.Outstanding performance as a team member.Must be able to respond immediately, adapt to, and oversee all emergency situations.Strong attention to detail.Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

    Physical Requirements:

    Responsibilities:Removing trash, cigarette butts, debris, and graffiti, both behind the scenes and in Guest’s view in order to maintain a clean and safe work environment.Sweeping Park streets, walkways, and attraction areas with a broom and dustpan while continuously walking your assigned section.Hosing down back areas and patios when necessary.Wiping down all trash receptacles, tabletops, and counters in the assigned section.Giving guests directions if needed and answering any questions.Removing and replacing new partially filled liners inside trash receptacles.Transporting trash from the trashcans to the park compactor areas and separating materials as necessary to adhere to park recycling rules.Preparing restrooms for park opening each day.Cleaning up bio spills using appropriate materials.Enforcing all Six Flags policies.Assisting in other areas of the Park Services department.Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

    Responsibilities:Provide medical care, and/or medically related transportation for our employees and Guests.Maintain all equipment and facilities of First Aid.Complete and maintain medical records and reports to include First Aid reports, STARS data, and GEMSIS.Conduct safety inspections throughout the park as requested by the safety manager including, but not limited, to ride audits.Respond to and mitigate emergency situations as needed.Ensure that image, cleanliness, and courtesy standards requirements are met.Refrain from consuming any substance that may impair judgment.Maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and cordiality in working relationships.Resolve Guests’ concerns that may arise on a daily basis.Complete any and all tasks as requested by Six Flags Management.

    EMT Pay Rate: up to $16.50/hr (rate dependent on certifications)

    Paramedic Pay Rate: up to $22.50/hr 

     


    Qualifications:MUST BE at least 18 years of age.Valid Driver’s License.High School Diploma or equivalent required.Maintain applicable National Registry certifications (EMT-P, EMT–I, EMT-CT).Possess and maintain a valid and current park driving permit.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to interpret written, oral, and diagnostic form instructions.Ability to use good judgment and remain calm in high-stress situations.Ability to work effectively in an environment with loud noises and flashing lights.Ability to function effectively through an entire shift or assignment.Ability to calculate weight and volume ratios and read small print, both under life-threatening time restrictions.Ability to read, converse and understand English.Ability to appropriately interview patients, family members, bystanders, and witnesses.Ability to document in writing, all relevant information in a prescribed format.

    Physical Requirements:
