Our growing and innovative manufacturing team is expanding! Due to continued business growth, we are seeking detail-oriented individuals with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency to join our inspection team. In this role, you will help ensure that medical-grade plastic and silicone components meet strict quality standards before reaching customers.
Shift Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM2nd Shift Monday - Friday 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday 10:30 PM - 6:30 AMPay Rate:

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for examining and evaluating small medical components to ensure they meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to identify defects, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Access and review production orders, specifications, and inspection criteria through company systemsPerform detailed visual inspections of plastic and silicone components using microscopes, magnifiers, and other inspection toolsIdentify and document product defects, nonconformances, and quality concernsVerify product dimensions, appearance, and overall compliance with quality standardsUtilize hand tools to remove minor imperfections when requiredInspect finished products to ensure adherence to customer specifications and medical manufacturing requirementsComplete quality records, inspection reports, and production documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized workstation and inspection areaFollow all safety guidelines, quality procedures, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)Support continuous improvement efforts by communicating quality issues to supervisors and team membersQualifications & Requirements

Crater – 2nd Shift

The Crater/Packager is responsible for crating, uncrating, assembling, and packaging materials for domestic and international shipments. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer expectations are met through quality workmanship, on-time completion of orders, and adherence to safety standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Package and crate materials according to established procedures and customer specifications.Build custom wooden crates using measuring tools and wood-cutting equipment.Uncrate, assemble, and prepare materials for shipment as required.Accurately crate and pack medical equipment for both domestic and international orders.Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail while meeting production deadlines.Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding packaging and shipping needs.Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures to support a safe work environment.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications
