    Quality Inspector – Medical Components

    Our growing and innovative manufacturing team is expanding! Due to continued business growth, we are seeking detail-oriented individuals with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency to join our inspection team. In this role, you will help ensure that medical-grade plastic and silicone components meet strict quality standards before reaching customers.

    Shift Schedule:

    1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM2nd Shift Monday - Friday 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

    Pay Rate:

    1st Shift: $17.50 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)2nd and 3rd Shift $18.50 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

    Position Overview

    As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for examining and evaluating small medical components to ensure they meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to identify defects, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Access and review production orders, specifications, and inspection criteria through company systemsPerform detailed visual inspections of plastic and silicone components using microscopes, magnifiers, and other inspection toolsIdentify and document product defects, nonconformances, and quality concernsVerify product dimensions, appearance, and overall compliance with quality standardsUtilize hand tools to remove minor imperfections when requiredInspect finished products to ensure adherence to customer specifications and medical manufacturing requirementsComplete quality records, inspection reports, and production documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized workstation and inspection areaFollow all safety guidelines, quality procedures, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)Support continuous improvement efforts by communicating quality issues to supervisors and team members

    Machine operators load a big mixer with different powder minerals with a forklift and mix the material by pushing a few buttons to automate the mixing process. Then the material gets loaded it to a super sack ready for it to either be bagged or put on the shelf for inventory.

    Maker of chemical powders that help with metal castings at foundries. It is a very dusty environment and requires certain PPE:

    Duties:

    Run mixing machines for batch mixing of material.Regularly operate forklift.Regularly move raw materials from warehousing to blending operations.Track and record dosage, lot numbers, scrap, and production issues.Housekeeping duties, such as sweeping in maintenance, production, warehouse, and plantparking areas, and general clean-up. Make sure all material is returned to proper containers ortrash area as directed.Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.Other duties as required to maintain an efficient operation.

    Qualifications

    Responsibilities

    Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies.Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to accurately build and troubleshoot electrical control panels and electro-mechanical systems.Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other precision instruments to perform soldering, wiring, and component installation with meticulous attention to detail.Conduct surface mount technology (SMT) assembly on PCBs, ensuring proper placement and soldering of surface-mount components.Follow engineering troubleshooting procedures to identify and resolve issues during assembly or testing phases.Perform mechanical assembly tasks involving machining, fitting parts, and verifying dimensions with calipers or other measurement tools.Maintain compliance with IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies while adhering to safety protocols and quality control processes.

    Requirements

    Proven experience in electronics assembly, PCB manufacturing, or electrical panel building within a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of electrical schematic reading, interpretation of blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.Familiarity with surface mount technology (SMT), soldering techniques (including hand soldering), and electro-mechanical component integration.Ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement instruments accurately.Understanding of IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly quality requirements.Mechanical knowledge related to machining processes and mechanical assembly techniques.Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) or similar automation systems is a plus.Excellent troubleshooting skills with an ability to interpret electrical schematics and resolve issues efficiently.Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and commitment to quality workmanship.Company DescriptionWith over 25 years of experience, SITE Staffing, Inc. is the staffing agency of choice for Milwaukee and the surrounding area.     We are looking for a Shipping Clerk for our Muskego location.

    The person must have excellent computer skills and proficient English.   

     

    Primary responsibilities are:

    •          Accurately and timely complete tasks assigned by the Outbound Clerical Supervisor

    •          Complete the outbound clerical activities in accordance with the established shipping processes to ensure customer expectations for shipment deadlines are met.
