    Quality Inspector – Medical Components

    Our growing and innovative manufacturing team is expanding! Due to continued business growth, we are seeking detail-oriented individuals with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency to join our inspection team. In this role, you will help ensure that medical-grade plastic and silicone components meet strict quality standards before reaching customers.

    Shift Schedule:

    1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM2nd Shift Monday - Friday 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

    Pay Rate:

    1st Shift: $17.50 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)2nd and 3rd Shift $18.50 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

    Position Overview

    As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for examining and evaluating small medical components to ensure they meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to identify defects, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Access and review production orders, specifications, and inspection criteria through company systemsPerform detailed visual inspections of plastic and silicone components using microscopes, magnifiers, and other inspection toolsIdentify and document product defects, nonconformances, and quality concernsVerify product dimensions, appearance, and overall compliance with quality standardsUtilize hand tools to remove minor imperfections when requiredInspect finished products to ensure adherence to customer specifications and medical manufacturing requirementsComplete quality records, inspection reports, and production documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized workstation and inspection areaFollow all safety guidelines, quality procedures, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)Support continuous improvement efforts by communicating quality issues to supervisors and team members
