We are seeking an energetic, motivated professional to become a key member of our Customer Service, Logistics and Sales team. In this role, you will wear many different hats, you will partner closely with the customer service team, provide support to logistics, and analyze and maintain customer financial data. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, multi-tasking, managing data, scheduling logistics and contributing to superior customer experience.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Data Management & Analysis
• Enter and maintain customer information within Navision (Microsoft Dynamics) for both customer service and logistics.
• Input financial data and create customer data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Assist logistics with scheduling pick-ups, plus review of weekly and monthly invoicing and reporting requirements.
• Generate invoices and track payments, treatment charges, freight costs, and other customer-specific information.
• Reconcile accounts against aging reports and maintain supporting documentation.
Customer Support & Relationship Building
• Serve as a resource for customers, logistics and internal teams regarding scheduling and customer inquiries.
• Build strong working relationships with customers, logistics, sales, accounting, and management.
• Establish trust through accuracy, responsiveness, and a strong understanding of customer data and financial transactions.
Process Improvement
• Participate directly in onboarding customer data in our ERP systems and processes, ensuring timely communication and daily transfer of funds to customers.
• Curious about the various processes and asks questions to help improve your understanding of the business.
• Support initiatives that strengthen Sipi Metals' customer experience and competitive advantage.
Reporting & Analytics
• Assist in the development and management of weekly and monthly volume scorecards and performance metrics.
• Prepare and present data that supports customer service and logistics.

Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of customer service, logistics and data entry experience.
• Must have experience working within Microsoft Dynamics/Navision or similar ERP systems strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required needed.
• Strong data management and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple business systems.

Purpose:The in-house Security Officer assures a safe and secure manufacturing and operational environment. Duties include guarding, patrolling, and monitoring the premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of Plant rules. Patrols premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure all doors and gates are secured. Responds to alarms and investigates disturbances. Monitors and authorizes entrance and departure of employees, visitors, contractors, and truck drivers. Security Officers are also responsible for assisting in identifying truck drivers and ensuring their vehicles are properly on the scale to be weighed. Circulates among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property. Warns persons of rule infractions or violations, and reports the violators to their respective supervisors. Operates detection devices to screen individuals and prevent the passage of prohibited articles into or out of restricted areas. Follows security procedures and improves on processes.
