    About the Position

    Duties:

    Collaborates with Property Management Team to handle all aspects of leasing apartments. Including meeting and screening prospective residents, showing apartment homes, closing the sale, processing applications in a timely manner, following-up with prospects, obtains signatures for completion of leases/paperwork prior to move-inMaintains an acceptable closing ratio, as well as meets or exceeds 90% follow-up requirement through our CRM platformReviews unit availability regularly and ensures accuracyMonitors occupancy for units and other rentable items to meet or exceed budget expectationsPlaces work orders both for residents as well as vacant units as neededTours the property daily to ensure excellent curb appeal, removes trash and debris as discovered along pathWalks every unit prior to showing, providing keys for move-in, or other applicable situationsOpens and closes the office daily to include but not limited to refreshing bathroom/kitchen areas, clearing loose paperwork or files, organizing furniture, emptying trash receptacles, sweeping, mopping, cleaning surfaces with disinfected, and any other tasks that would contribute to a clean and orderly environmentMaintains 100% completion in any additional training assigned through the Grace Hill platformLocates opportunities for review requests following positive interactions with residents or prospectsAssists in marketing efforts such as outreach marketing, event planning, retaining a current market survey, and networking within the community.Monitors marketing collateral and communicates needs with marketing departmentMaintains working knowledge of Fair Housing laws, rules, and regulations concerning apartment leasing and managementHas ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekendsAssists in renewal notification distribution and follow-upCompletes any additional tasks assigned by Property Manager or other member of upper management.Assists in resident retention efforts and other resident needs as applicable
