    Purpose: The purpose of this role is to work with the clients and families of Simply Bee’s Intensive Outpatient Program and Partial Hospital Program with a specialty in working with eating disorder populations. In this role the PHP/IOP Therapist will work as an individual, family, and group therapist. In addition to working in compliance with the PHP/IOP standards and expectations, the purpose of this position is to be flexible and experience a variety of opportunities in all levels of care and grow with the organization in a collaborative manner to achieve success of the therapist, clients served and business.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities:

    Clinical Care (appx. 55% of time/week)

    Achieve 22 -25 clinical hours per week* (approximately 10-15 group therapy hours, 7-12 adolescent and family therapy hours)Responsible for daily documentation including but not limited to, initial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summariesReinforce clinical services and staff adherence to the practice’s values of care, quality and growthExhibit competency behaviors of the following: informally collaborate in the office with team members, friendly engagement in the office to support our hive culture, and contribute to the hive mind with knowledge and expertise*Hours vary based on need of the program and outpatient in addition to collaborative discussion with the supervisor.

    Clinical Administration: (appx. 45% of time/week)

    Work closely with IOP/PHP management team to complete authorization forms, and other administrative tasks for the PHP/IOP programDocument (daily) case management duties in internal tracking systemsCoordinate and document communications with outside agencies including but not limited to, doctors, educators, legal, and other professionsParticipate in mandatory staffing meetingsPresent active and discharge cases in team roundsComplete requested administrative information such as timesheet, calendar management, drive organization etc.Participate in communication platforms such as outlook, trello, Microsoft Teams, canva, etc.Confirm with an email receipt and due date

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Masters in counseling, social work, or related field (required)Previous experience working in higher level of care setting with eating disorder populations (required)Fully licensed LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Illinois (required)Minimum 3 years post-Master's working experience (required)Previous experience working with children and adolescents (preferred)Trained in Emotions Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) and/or Family Based Therapy (FBT) (preferred)Certified Eating Disorder Certified (preferred)

    Clinician Competencies

    Demonstrates competence and is knowledgeable about utilizing Biopsychosocial assessment tool including substance abuse screener, Audit C Tool and other screening tools within the timeline outlined in the policy and procedure.Demonstrates knowledge and ability to coordinate referrals and make recommendations based on screening individuals who may be a danger to themselves or others using the ASQ and C-SSRS safety screening and assessment outcome measures, in accordance with policy and procedure, and communicates to the Executive Clinical Director and/or CEO for follow-up, as indicated.Demonstrates knowledge and ability to coordinate referrals and make recommendations based on pain screening and assessment outcome and in accordance with policy and procedure, and communicates to the Executive Clinical Director and/or CEO for follow-up, as indicated.Demonstrates competence and is knowledgeable about how to complete a nutrition screening, as evidenced by applying proficient knowledge when using the nutrition screening tool, documenting thoroughly and accurately within the client's health record, and completes the screening within the timeline outlined in the policy and procedure.Demonstrates competence and is knowledgeable about how to assess for abuse, neglect, and trauma, as evidenced by applying proficient knowledge when using the initial screening tool, documenting thoroughly and accurately within the client's health record, and completes the screening within the timeline outlined in the policy and procedure.Demonstrates competence and is knowledgeable about adolescent developmental milestones, as evidenced by applying proficient knowledge when using the assessment tool, documenting thoroughly and accurately within the client's health record, and completes the screening within the timeline outlined in the policy and procedure.     Established in 2018, Simply Bee Counseling offers outpatient services including counseling, dietitian support, medication management and neuropsychological testing - as well as an intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization program onsite in their Vernon Hills, IL office. We also offer outpatient therapy in our Northbrook, IL location. We take a comprehensive and inclusive approach to mental wellness serving children (as young as age 5), adolescents, and adults. Our mission is to transform the mental well-being of individuals with the whole person in mind. We see a wide variety of clients who may be struggling with Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, School Refusal, ADHD, Trauma, Self-Injury and more.

    Simply Bee is seeking a clinician who is looking for a combination of independent work within a larger collaborative environment. This clinician would serve our outpatient population children, adolescents, and adults. Our team utilizes a variety of evidence based approaches including CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, EFFT, and others, as well as our CEO's own Growth and Resiliency Model(c) to organize our curriculum and support clients.

    This is an hourly role with an estimated annual compensation range of $62,000–$80,000 per year.

    The schedule for this role is four 9-hour shifts per week, often including Saturdays and evening 12 pm-9 pm shifts. Please note the clinic is closed on Sundays.

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our outpatient mental health team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, high-quality mental health care and medication management to clients as young as age 5 through adults.

    This is a contract/1099 role. The pay is $100 for 60 min visits and $50 for admin time.

    The ideal candidate will be available to work two evenings a week (Monday & Thursday). Potential for some flexibility on the days of the week worked and growth opportunities in the future.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities:
