Essential Job Functions: The Recruiter position is primarily responsible for calling and connecting with potential clients of the firm with a focus on setting appointments for the sales team. Recruiters must have a passion for sales, building relationships, and a desire to succeed. Essential Job Functions: This is a key position that will be responsible for marketing products and sales ideas for top insurance companies by supporting the Principal Partner and the ADC (Advisor Development Consultant). This role requires some administrative duties.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Meet with insurance company representatives to gain product knowledge. Market products and sales ideas to advisors.
· Assist with recruiting and retaining advisors through emails, phone calls or lunch and learn meetings.
· Assist agents with taking e-applications (e-apps) from clients
· Organize and schedule meetings and appointments as requested for the sales team
· Utilize Simplicity marketing, tools and resources
· Communicate and ensure the team understands all rules of engagement and requirements within the broker dealer channel, and with agents
· Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently, greet visitors, sort mail
· Coordinate Office activities to help drive sales
Qualifications:
· Experience in insurance/financial services is preferred
· Strong computer skills (proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
· Proficient in Google Workspace and Gmail a plus
