Position Title: IT Helpdesk Support Technician
Reports to: Director, Infrastructure
Essential Job Function: This position is responsible for help desk support, supporting network equipment and network infrastructure, server and network administration/maintenance, troubleshooting of network equipment and infrastructure, support for staff with day-to-day computer and software issues as well as provisioning and deploying new network and computer equipment.
Candidate must have an understanding and working knowledge of network wiring, TCP/IP communication, Internet connectivity & routing, Windows Server and typical server applications, Windows workstation operating systems and typical Windows applications. VoIP equipment and software and IP camera equipment and software knowledge is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Respond to internal customer’s IT needs via helpdesk ticket or via phone request, quickly assess the technical support needed, and find a solution
· Perform basic computer repair services such as motherboard replacements, hard drive replacements, operating system reinstalls, virus removals, and ordinary computer troubleshooting and repair services
· Perform on-site and/or remote analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex hardware/software problems for a variety of end users and recommend and implement corrective solutions
· Responding to client requests via phone or email for support of their network/server/workstation equipment
· Perform scheduled maintenance on client equipment
· Perform new installations of computer and network equipment
· Accurately document customer network and computer details in our CRM system
· Clearly and accurately communicate with customers
Qualifications:
· Ability to diagnose and fix computers
· Basic knowledge of all current releases of Windows Operating System, Google Workspace (GSuite), Microsoft Office 365 Applications
· Ability to perform Virus/Malware/Spyware detection and removal and be familiar with common removal software
· High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree / IT Degree preferred
· Minimum 2-years experience required
· Experience providing help desk support to users via telephone/email/remotely
· Experience with mainstream router/switch and access points from vendors such as Cisco, SoinicWall, Ubiquiti, Netgear, Dlink,
· Working knowledge and a strong grasp of networking principles such as TCP/IP, DNS, Windows Networking, Network Printing, Internet Routing

Summary / Job Objective: Protected Tomorrows, a Simplicity Commitment, is adding to our Special Needs service team. We are seeking an individual who is a disciplined, methodical, highly motivated learner, who consistently performs at a high level under variable workloads. You must have a passion for making a positive impact on clients’ lives. We are growing quickly, so flexibility and nimbleness are crucial. The candidate will assist our special needs planning team in serving the needs of our clients, requiring strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as providing various administrative functions.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Conduct internet-based research on viable locale-based programs for clients
· Writing reports on research; occasional verbal delivery of reports
· Coordinate calendars for team members
· Ensure CRM system is updated and accurate
· Phone support for team members
· Assist with coordination of office projects
Qualifications:
· Background in serving and/or personal ties to the disability community
· Experience using a CRM
· Existing knowledge of the following Government Benefit Programs and how to navigate the systems:
Social Security- SSI, SSDI, RSDI, DACMedicaid - Healthcare, SNAP, Cash Benefits, HBWD, Medicare buy-in, SpenddownMedicaid Waiver's - Home and Community Based Services & CILAMedicareAffordable Care Act PoliciesBenefit Access Program (Department of Human Services (DRS, DHS, Department on Aging))· Basic knowledge of Special Needs Trusts, ABLE accounts and other tools used in this community
· Proficient in Microsoft office, Adobe, Google Platform and operating systems

· Annual base salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (exempt)

Essential Job Functions: The Key Account Associate offers internal support for the Simplicity Affiliated Partner Division. In conjunction with Key Account Managers to this person will work to offers sales and operations support to agencies, IMOs, their staff, and advisors. This is a full-time position.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Respond to inbound calls, including but not limited to:
Life Insurance case design and illustrationsLife Insurance product recommendation and intelligencePre-sale application and underwriting supportOn-boarding and contracting assistanceProduct solutions and marketing programs· Build and maintain relationships with Affiliated Partner Agency principals and key staff
· Navigate insurance companies to ensure timely placement of cases utilizing problem solving skills
· Understand and adhere to the Education, Value, & Partnership of Simplicity
Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree preferred
· Experience in Life Insurance Industry strongly preferred
· Experience in a customer service role
