    Our client is a well established company in the HR / Recruiting Technology space. Their IT team handles more than traditional IT. Alongside support and security work, we've used AI coding tools and workflow automation platforms to build custom business automations in-house, including automated reporting systems, AI-driven research pipelines, and personalized partner communications. Most of your time — around 70-80% — will be on the automation side. The rest is traditional IT support and security. You'll work alongside the person who built our current automation suite, learning through hands-on pairing and eventually owning your own projects.

    This is a unique opportunity for someone who has some basic IT Support experience who wants to dive into the world of AI and AI Coding tools (Claude / ChatGPT) and is eager to learn.

    Responsibilities

Provide executive-level support, ensuring devices, meetings, travel tech, and day-to-day systems are reliable, secure, and responsive. Experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, and cloud-based collaboration tools. Hands-on experience supporting AV equipment and Zoom Room configurations.
