The ideal candidate takes pride in well-kept landscapes, works well independently, and handles the full range of seasonal grounds care — from routine mowing and planting to irrigation, cleanup, and minor outdoor repairs. This is a hands-on, outdoor role for someone who enjoys physical work and visible results.

Lawn & Landscape Care
Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and turf areasPrune, trim, and shape shrubs, hedges, and trees within reachPlant and maintain flower beds, gardens, trees, and shrubsApply mulch, fertilizer, and soil treatments as neededWeed, rake, and maintain beds, borders, and natural areasMaintenance & Upkeep

We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Finish Carpenter / Skilled Handyman who combines true craftsmanship with broad general repair ability. The ideal candidate takes pride in high-precision finish and trim work while also being capable of handling the full range of day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move fluidly between a meticulous crown-molding installation in the morning and a plumbing or drywall repair in the afternoon.
