    As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll step into a world of thrilling possibilities, transforming the lives of children and families on the autism spectrum. You'll lead and manage clinic and/or home-based intervention programs and treatment teams, guiding dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide exceptional treatment that unlocks the full potential of each child.     Responsibilities

    Supervise and manage a wide range of ABA treatment services, including assessment, program design, progress tracking, program adjustments, parent education, care coordination, and insurance approval. Adhere to state and insurance regulations to maintain exemplary care standards.Collaborating with parents and stakeholders, you'll provide clinical recommendations for treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning. The focus will be on delivering developmentally appropriate and socially valid outcomes for clients.Deliver training and supervision to clinical staff at all levels, ensuring the provision of high-quality treatment services.Take charge of mentoring and supervising others, focusing on fostering independent clinical skills, problem-solving capabilities, critical thinking, and meeting certification requirements.Collaborate effectively with fellow clinicians and cross-functional team members to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.Telehealth options availableBillable hours minimum requirement of 28 to 32 hours weekly with the option to achieve 40 hours per weekMentorship Program

    Here at SBC, we offer a structured, mentorship program to our BCBAs that supports professional growth and career development. In this program, you will have an assigned clinical supervisor (or mentor) with regular check-ins during the first 90 days. Through this program, you will also receive guidance on supervising RBTs and trainees as well as obtain CEU opportunities.

    Qualifications

    Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or a valid state license.Able to provide behavior services to clients with autism either in-home or clinic-based settings.Possess an active driver's license and a dependable vehicle.SKILLS

    About the Role


    We are currently seeking BCBA Fieldwork Students pursuing Supervised Fieldwork as defined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). This role is ideal for individuals enrolled in a Verified Course Sequence (VCS) and actively working toward their BCBA certification.

    Under the supervision of a qualified BCBA, fieldwork students will engage in a combination of restricted and unrestricted activities as outlined by the BACB, gaining hands-on clinical experience and weekly supervision hours. This position provides a valuable opportunity to develop and refine clinical skills while fulfilling BACB certification requirements.


    Responsibilities


    Deliver 1:1 or small group ABA therapy to clients using individualized treatment plansImplement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction protocols with fidelityCollect accurate session data using Theralytics data collection systemMaintain clinical and billing documentation according to company and ethical standardsCollaborate with families and professionals to support client progress and careParticipate in supervision sessions, team meetings, and ongoing trainingAssist in program development and preparation of instructional materialsUphold client confidentiality and professional ethics in compliance with HIPAA and BACB guidelinesMust wear scrubs during work hoursCommit to completing 32–40 hours per week


    Fieldwork & Supervision


    Supervised experience will align with BACB’s Supervised Fieldwork requirementsParticipate in both restricted (e.g., direct therapy) and unrestricted activities (e.g., data analysis, treatment planning, report writing)Receive weekly supervision by a qualified BCBA (meeting 5% of total hours per month)All supervision will be documented and conducted per BACB guidelines


    Qualifications


    Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (required)Currently enrolled in a BACB-approved program with at least 2 years of undergraduate coursework completed (Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field preferred)Committed to becoming a BCBA and completing all necessary fieldwork requirements

    Qualifications

    Responsibilities 
    Delivering ABA therapy in a 1:1 or small group format.Accurately implementing skill acquisition programs and individual treatment plans.Accurately implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans.Collecting data into a data collection system.Generating and maintaining accurate billing and clinical documentation.Collaborate with the client family and related professionals as needed regarding client updates, progress and behavioral concerns.Upholding company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA intervention in line with the BACB ethical guidelines.Maintaining Private Health Information (PHI) in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)Participating in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continue learning and performance improvement.Collaborating on design and preparation of program materials.
    Qualifications
    Possess an active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT; highly preferred, but not required)Have -a year of experience in working  with children with autism and/or related developmental disabilities (required)Are pursuing (with at least 2 years completed) and/or hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Education, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Speech Pathology, Early Childhood Education, etc.; highly preferred, but not required)
