Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technical teams supporting DHS initiatives. You will manage day-to-day tasking, ensure project delivery milestones, and coordinate with stakeholders and government clients.

Summary of the Role
The Part Time Program Manager has overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the project. The Program Manager provides strategic direction and support between agency customers and project managers, engineers, and other cyber professionals. The Program Manager maintains customer relationships to continuously manage and monitor stakeholder needs and promote SiloSmashers capabilities and services.
The Program Manager is responsible for managing scope and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, ensuring that all quality levels and service level agreements are met, and assisting in negotiating contracting modifications for out-of-scope requests. The Program Manager serves as the single point of contact for the contracting officer and the contracting officer's representative.
Responsibilities:
· Monitors and assesses the quality, accuracy, and timeliness requirements compliance of services and systems requirements.
· Monitors, assesses, and reports to customer on project performance.
· Monitors project planning, budgeting, staffing, resource acquisition/allocation, expenditures, invoicing, security processes, reporting, and other relevant processes and activities.
· Examines project timelines, proposed budgets, expenditures, staffing, product quality, product delivery, and other project-related activities of the contractor for compliance with contractual requirements.
· Identifies strengths and weaknesses of platforms to identify best fit for a given technical requirement and related associated costs.
· Provides solutions, mentors, and guides project teams in development of modern business methods/utilities, identification of best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements.

The ideal candidate has experience managing a security program management office (PMO), positively affecting change and improving operations in a federal cybersecurity environment. The position entails managing a team of up to 50 individuals.
General Responsibilities
Collect requirements from customer on production and delivery of documentation providing operational guidance and processes around cybersecurity capability services, cybersecurity management, and other topics as needed. Translate technical cybersecurity capability requirements into stakeholder needs and solutions statements. Manages overall contract financials. Maintains a budget and seeks efficiencies to save costs. Produces financial reports as required by the contract and by management. Primary point of contact to the government customer. Responsible for successful performance against a variety of cybersecurity-related workstreams to include an Information Security focused Program Management Office (PMO), Risk Management, Security Compliance, and Information Security Training and Awareness. Develop and report on measures to demonstrate to the customer and the management team how effectively key business objectives are being achieved. Monitor performance indicators for corporate quality program Works directly with federal staff to ensure all requirements are understood, properly staffed and that the team is producing high quality deliverables. Additionally, support the team leads in other program areas by understanding and communicating priorities to the contract team members and assisting with guidance as needed. Proactively identifies and remediates program-level and/or contract-level challenges and provide overall client satisfaction across the contract. Works with corporate recruiting, team leads and business partners to fully staff all positions with highly qualified personnel. Ensures good communication and collaboration across the entire team by ensuring prime and subcontractors are seamlessly integrated into a team. Manages employee performance by working with team leads of the various program and corporate components. Anticipates potential problems and executes performance improvement plans as needed. Escalates staff issues to HR and senior members of the corporate leadership team and keeps them informed on overall project performance. Provide oversight of staff and sub-contractors to perform and successfully fulfill customer tasking to include developing, tracking, monitoring progress, and reporting status of deliverables. IT Project Specialist
The employee shall provide project management services towards facilitating the successful execution of IT programs, projects, and initiatives. ITSO IMT is responsible for managing multiple IT projects/initiatives across the organization using the Agile and Waterfall methodology. The employee must utilize their IT expertise coordinating project/initiative activities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with ITSO goals and objectives. The employee shall collaborate closely with project/initiative managers and cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop project/initiative plans, and establish timelines and milestones.
Additionally, the employee shall monitor project/initiative resources and risks, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
The Employee shall perform the following:
Coordinate project/initiative activities and timelines to ensure alignment with objectives and organizational goals.Facilitate communication and collaboration among project/initiative team members and AOUSC offices.
