Join an Established Company Launching Electrical ServicesLevine & Sons is seeking an experienced Master Electrician to help support our growing residential service business. This role will initially work closely with our HVAC division, providing electrical expertise for HVAC-related projects, service upgrades, generators, panel work, and other residential electrical needs.

Position SummaryThe Master Electrician will perform residential electrical service work, support HVAC operations, ensure code compliance, and serve as the electrical subject matter expert for the organization. The ideal candidate has strong residential electrical experience, HVAC knowledge, leadership qualities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
ResponsibilitiesElectrical Service & InstallationDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems.Perform panel upgrades, service replacements, circuit installations, surge protection, generator installations, EV charger installations, lighting upgrades, and other residential electrical services.Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate effectively with customers.HVAC SupportWork closely with HVAC technicians and installers to support residential HVAC projects.Perform electrical work associated with HVAC equipment replacements, disconnects, service upgrades, circuits, and related installations.Assist with electrical troubleshooting related to heating and cooling systems.Provide technical expertise regarding electrical requirements for HVAC systems.Technical LeadershipServe as the company's licensed electrical expert.Provide guidance and support to team members as electrical services continue to expand.Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.Assist in establishing best practices and standards for electrical work within the organization.QualificationsRequiredCurrent Master Electrician License.Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience.Strong residential troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Experience working with electrical systems related to HVAC equipment and installations.Strong understanding of residential electrical codes and safety requirements.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.PreferredElectrical Contractor License.Residential HVAC experience or strong HVAC knowledge.Experience working in a residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical environment.ServiceTitan experience.Compensation & Benefits$100,000 Annual SalaryMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysCompany Vehicle (if applicable)Ongoing Training and Professional DevelopmentWhy Levine & Sons?Levine & Sons is a trusted residential services company committed to delivering exceptional service to homeowners. Install and replace electrical panels, circuit breakers, and service upgrades to meet modern electrical demands.Perform full home and commercial rewires, including removal of outdated wiring and installation of new circuits.Install surge protection devices for whole-home and commercial electrical systems.Set up indoor and outdoor lighting systems, including recessed lighting, security lighting, and landscape lighting.Wire and install pool and hot tub electrical systems, ensuring proper grounding and bonding.Install and replace switches, outlets, dimmers, and GFCI/AFCI devices for safety and functionality.Install standby and portable generators, including Generac and other leading brands.Wire and configure automatic transfer switches (ATS) to ensure seamless backup power operation.Perform load calculations and ensure proper electrical integration with main service panels.Conduct generator start-up, testing, and troubleshooting to verify system performance.Install EV chargers for residential and commercial customers.Set up washer and dryer electrical hook-ups, ensuring proper circuit configuration.Install and replace ceiling fans with appropriate wiring and mounting.Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in homes and businesses.Qualifications
E-2 License.Understanding basic circuitry.Conduit installation.Light commercial experience is a plus.Generac Trained.Great customer service skills.Proven experience as an electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems and components.Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, voltmeters, and ohmmeters.Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations.Experience in residential and commercial settings preferred.Ability to read blueprints and schematics, with knowledge of high and low voltage systems.Job Type: Full-time
