Approximately 33,000 employees generated CHF 11.20 billion in sales in 2025. Job Description We are seeking dynamic and results driven Warehouse Leader to join our Insulation Greer, SC team. Direct all warehouse operations in compliance with company policies and procedures, including supervision, training, scheduling, equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and coordination with other departments. Oversee receiving, unloading, inspection, and stocking of shipments; maximize space utilization and ensure proper location of raw materials and finished goods; notify Logistics Manager of discrepancies. Lead warehouse staff by providing work direction, training, and guidance; participate in hiring and screening; coordinate breaks and lunches in compliance with company policy. Oversee outbound shipments to ensure accurate pick/loading operations, product quality, and timely processing of shipment paperwork; report any issues to management. Manage inventory control processes including daily finished goods cycle counts, weekly raw material counts, and year-end inventory management. Oversee warehouse maintenance, equipment checks, facility housekeeping, and refuse operations to maintain a safe and clean working environment. Serve as backup to the Logistics Manager when necessary, including freight coordination, rate negotiation, truck scheduling, and report preparation. Participate in the review and refinement of warehouse procedures and perform other duties as needed. Qualifications One-year certificate from college or technical school; or four to seven years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical aptitude and analytical Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management. Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations with multi-digit numbers, units of weight, measurement, and volume. Ability to read and use a tape measure and calculate percentages, proportions, and area. Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret technical instructions and manage multiple variables in a warehouse environment. Job Description Watson Bowman Acme, a Sika company, is a manufacturer and supplier of expansion joint solutions for the transportation sector, including bridge and highway fabrication, preservation, and tunnels. This position is responsible for assisting Welding Fitters, Master Fitters, Forepersons, and Manufacturing Supervision staff as directed in the manufacture and assembly of metallic products supplied to the construction industry. More specifically, assist in fitting sub-assemblies as instructed, including but not limited to, tie downs, straightening, grinding, and stud welding on strip seal steel rails, using hand tools, overhead cranes, and welding equipment. Attention to safety and quality is essential to this position. Salary Range: $24 - $27 an hour based on education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant.
