    Job Description

    Benefits:

    Salary:

    The hourly wage for this position is $22.88 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.

    Summary:

    The Forklift Driver supports the production team by supplying raw materials and unloading and staging finished products.  This role will also ensure that the finished product is marked properly for inventory and shipping needs.  The Forklift Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle.

    Essential Functions

    Conduct all required pre-operational, operational, and post-operational checks/duties of the Forklift.Operate forklift following safety policies for loading, unloading, and handling of materials to the production line.Watch for other employees, plant materials, and hazards while performing duties.Safely stack/place raw materials and finished goods in their designated area(s).Organize material so as to not create hazards and allows for efficient inventory control.Tag and wrap finished product as necessaryVerify that the pallet tags on finished goods accurately reflect the product on the pallet(s) when storing or prior to shipment.Properly handle loads to avoid any damage to the product.Complete necessary paperwork of required data accurately and timely.Support production line material movement, as needed in a backup capacity.Inventory materials, as needed, reporting results timely and accurately.Label, seal and removal of hazardous/nonhazardous waste to proper storage location, as needed. Read and interpret job orders as needed.Report any issues with the forklift to maintenance and/or the supervisor.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications

    Education:

    High School Diploma or GED preferred.

    Experience:

    Relevant work experience.At least 1 year forklift experience preferred. Ability to successfully past forklift operation test to obtain certification.

    Summary:

    The Sheet Operator position ensures that the production line is up to speed, all weights are recorded correctly on rolls, and that proper setup of the line is complete to ensure maximum production among many other duties. This role will Work closely with plant staff to provide a safe work environment.  This position may fill in for the Group Leader as needed.

    Essential Functions:

    Work with the team to perform proper start-up operations to bring line to production.Perform proper shutdown of the lines, including when to shut off PIB, drop heats, and turn the extruders off.Successfully fill out the process check sheet every two (2) hours and correct any process issues.Change screen packs for all extruders.Ensure that the hour-by-hour boards are updated: record production, understand goals, document problems, and communicate maintenance issues.Ensure that all hems and rolls are first quality rolls, be able to troubleshoot quality issues, and resolve manufacturing problems related to quality.Correctly fill out the pump log sheets.Depending on location: Ensure that roll weights are correct, Extrol trends are within product tolerance, and drop speeds are correct.Fill silos with raw material.Operate the ESTL machine for quality checks and correctly adjust the process to mitigate any quality defects.Be able to operate a forklift and move products as needed.Ensure proper packaging materials are used for product type.Walking up and down stairs to lace the line.Keep the work area clean following the 6S process.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications

    Education:

    High School Diploma or GED preferred.

    Experience:

    5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.Be able to fill in and perform all Winder Operator II and Extruder Operator I & II skills.

    Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Engineering Manager with a strong background in electrical systems to lead and manager Engineering operations at our Florence facility.  This role is responsible for overseeing plant infrastructure, electrical systems, maintenance strategies, and capital projects to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance.

    Summary:
