    Signet Health is actively seeking an experienced, licensed therapist to join our award-winning, hospital-embedded outpatient behavioral health program at MedStar Washington Hospital Center (named Outpatient Program of the Year).     Work-Life Balance: Predictable Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed counselors, and nursing support.     Key Responsibilities

    Provide outpatient individual psychotherapy and treatment planning using a structured, time-limited approach. Conduct clinical intake assessments. Provide cross-coverage support as needed across various care levels, including Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), addiction services, and group therapy. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Ensure all services meet Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) and Joint Commission accreditation standards.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Education: Minimum of a Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working with adult patients. Licensure: Active LICSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LPC licensure in any U.S. state is required at the time of hire. Local Licensing: Must be eligible and willing to obtain a Washington, DC license during the onboarding process (employer support and assistance are provided). Preferred: Maryland (MD) and Virginia (VA) licensures are a plus, but not required.
