In this role, you will provide a variety of clerical and administrative support to our employees, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. In addition you will help with daily production. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls and greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities Develop, update, and maintain relevant office proceduresCreate and maintain invoices (QuickBooks)Greet and assist clients as they arriveAnswer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate personSchedule appointments and maintain calendarOrganize meetings and take accurate minutes Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriatelyPerform basic bookkeeping activitiesContribute to company reportsAddress and resolve customer concerns with a professional attitudeHelp with daily sign/shirt production
QualificationsHigh school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferredPrevious experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar position is a plusUnderstanding of basic bookkeeping principlesFamiliarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machinesExcellent computer skills and knowledge of Adobe, Outlook, and/or QuickBooks is a plusHighly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projectsStarting wage negotiable based on experience
