Responsibilities
Perform restorative nursing procedures that maximize the residents’ existing abilities, emphasize independence instead of dependence, and minimize the negative effects of disability with an attitude of realistic optimism under the supervision of a restorative nurse.Assist as needed with potential Admissions as needed at the building. Monday – Friday 8 hour day shift with occasional weekend rotation.Qualifications
Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with required state licensure. One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred. Responsibilities
Manage administrative and functional areas or programs within the Nursing Department. Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overall operation of the department in accordance with Company policies, and standards of nursing practices and government regulations, so as to maintain quality care. Delegate to the Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to perform their assigned duties.Qualifications
