We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging with them via phone and digital communication to schedule appointments and foster positive relationships. Make outbound calls to prospective clients using professional phone etiquette and clear communication skillsSchedule appointments accurately within our CRM or scheduling systems while maintaining organized records of interactionsUse Microsoft Office tools for data entry, reporting, and follow-up correspondenceMaintain a high level of professionalism during all client interactions, demonstrating strong organizational skillsCollaborate with sales and client services teams to ensure seamless appointment management and client communicationExperience
