About the role:
Sales Development Representatives are crucial in generating new business for the company by creating market awareness, identifying potential clients, and generating leads through outbound and inbound channels such as phone, email and LinkedIn. Their primary responsibility is to turn prospects into qualified opportunities into scheduled demonstrations for their assigned Regional Sales Managers (RSMs). We are looking for highly self-motivated individuals that are looking to work hard, have fun, and make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls, develop email campaigns, and use other social platforms, such as LinkedIn, to educate and demonstrate the value of our solutions to prospectsResearch target leads and personas and create an analysis of the prospects before handing them off to a Regional Sales Manager(s).Refine your sales skills, and quickly learn about the healthcare industry and our product offering to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and overcome objections and competitive questionsFollow-up on marketing leads and lists to identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospectsMaintain detailed and updated documentation and lead management activity using HubSpot, Definitive Healthcare, Clay and other toolsConsistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives. Must have a hunter’s mentality
Skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, pre-med, business, marketing, or related degree preferred1-2 years of previous professional experience in sales, marketing, communication, or related professions is highly preferredExperience using the following tools is a plus: HubSpot, LinkedIn, Definitive Healthcare, Clay and others.A strong interest in healthcare and developing a career in salesCold outreach experience requiredPolished and engaging communication skills, both written and verbalStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome objections and think on your feetStrong planning and organizational skillsFlexible and adaptable with an ability to receive and learn from feedbackBusiness acumen and customer orientation exhibits knowledge of products and customer profiles through proactive researchCollaborative and team-oriented
