Job Purpose:
The Director of Marketing Communications is responsible for helping grow and manage SFH awareness, social engagement, and giving across marketing channels. Acting as a brand champion, this role includes writing, developing, and coordinating direct mail, advertising, marketing literature, website content, social media and video production, as well as public relations responsibilities. This role also oversees vendors, such as advertising agencies, web developers, printers, content writers, and more.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic and dynamic storyteller who understands digital and social metrics. They will be a proven self-starter comfortable working independently and with the Siena Francis House team to innovate and drive results. The candidate will possess strong aesthetic instincts for digital layouts and publishing, an exceptional eye for detail, and a mastery of major social media platforms’ tools.
In this role, the individual will be responsible for leading all marketing and communications efforts without a dedicated in-house team. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, with the ability and willingness to take on content development, graphic design, and other marketing tasks directly. Additionally, the individual should be comfortable collaborating with and managing external marketing agencies to achieve the annual marketing plan.
This full-time position reports to the Chief Advancement Officer and is located on our campus at 1401 N. 18th St. The schedule will be 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and/or weekends.
Essential job Duties:
Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the organization’s mission and goals; identify new marketing opportunities and potential partnerships.Manage marketing activities within annual budget. Assist in the development of the annual marketing budget, aligning strategies with budget. Create, deliver, edit, and optimize all marketing materials.Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with the organization’s brand, overall mission and annual plan. Create thoughtful, educational content to ensure current and prospective donors are informed and engaged with our work.Enhance stewardship of donor communications by creating digital follow-up content andcampaigns for donors.
Identify and execute digital opportunities to inspire our community to fundraise for and partner with the Siena Francis House.Develop toolkits that empower constituents to fundraise digitally for events and other identified appeals/campaigns.Develop and implement a social media marketing campaign to promote the organization and increase participation; deliver content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Google+. Create and deliver all digital and media for both internal and external communications. Coordinate and deliver email campaigns consistent with the direct mail annual plan. Coordinate the writing, design, development, and distribution of all direct mail, including managing relationships with content writers and fulfillment houses to ensure proper content focus and accuracy, as well as on-time delivery. Track media coverage and work to expand and build meaningful relationships with media partners.Act as a media liaison, serving as the main point of contact for all media, and addressing media requests.Write and disseminate all press releases, media alerts and informational documents.Prepare and create all event materials, including PowerPoints, invitations, nametags, materials, gift bags, registration lists, etc. Help maintain the Siena Francis House website by creating and updating content, collaborating withthe web developer when necessary.
Utilize assessment tools to analyze website performance and identify opportunities for improving the user experience.Create a social media content calendar and develop compelling campaigns that fuel audience and traffic growth.Work with various departments regarding marketing and communication needs and assist with developing specific communications, both internal and external.Manage ad campaigns and digital fundraising strategies.Oversee email lists, segmentation and content development.Analyze social media and email metrics, share results, and adjust strategies based on outcomes.Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Purpose: Oversees the Volunteer Program which is designed to assist in the delivery of agency programs and services. The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for developing, recruiting, training, expanding, coordinating, scheduling, overseeing, and documenting all volunteer related activities, community engagements, and events on and off campus.
Essential Functions:
Develops and implements goals/objectives for the volunteer program which reflect organizational values and mission.Manages the Volunteer Program CRM system, and trains others in its use.Conducts ongoing evaluation of programs and services delivered by volunteers, and implements improvements as appropriate.Responsible for Volunteer Program data collection and reporting, and shares reports with key SFH Staff.Assists Development Team and other agency staff with event planning and helps facilitate special events.Ensures compliance with volunteer data requirements of various funding organizations relating to management, tracking, and oversight of volunteers and visitors on our campus.Plans and implements formal and informal volunteer recognition activities to highlight the contributions of volunteers. Develops and maintains relationships with community organizations and groups, including schools, universities, other agencies, churches, and corporate entities.Facilitates distribution, collection and data input of shelter and meal satisfaction surveys.Leads volunteer onboarding and training. JOB PURPOSE:
The incumbent will perform a variety of support tasks as the receptionist in the Shelter Program at the Siena Francis House. The Siena Francis House administrative specialist projects a positive first impression for anyone who calls or visits our shelter or campus by responding in a professional and supportive manner to inquiries, on the phone or face to face. The Administrative Specialist will connect guests, callers, community partners and other visitors to staff members who can assist them, providing accurate, complete information pertaining to our organization and services. This person will also provide administrative support to other areas or the organization as needed including providing coverage for leave, breaks to ensure operations. The hours of this position are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday; some evenings and weekends may be required for special events.

Position Summary
The Clinical Director provides executive leadership and oversight for the Miracles Program, an 80-bed, state-licensed, Medicaid-approved, CARF-accredited residential substance use disorder treatment program. The Clinical Director is responsible for the overall quality, integrity, and effectiveness of all clinical services, ensuring treatment is person-centered, evidence-based, and consistent with the Miracles Program's philosophy of recovery through the Twelve Steps integrated with evidence-based clinical practices.
The Clinical Director provides strategic leadership for clinical operations, staff development, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, program outcomes, and program growth. This position ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, Medicaid requirements, CARF accreditation standards, and professional ethical guidelines while fostering a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, compassion, and continuous quality improvement. The Clinical Director also collaborates with organizational leadership and referral partners to support program development, maintain targeted program census levels, and promote timely access to services while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.
As the senior clinical leader for the Miracles Program, the Clinical Director provides supervision to the Program Director and all clinical staff and works collaboratively with agency leadership to advance the mission and strategic goals of Siena Francis House.

Clinical Leadership

Demonstrated leadership in substance use disorder treatment and behavioral healthcare.Thorough knowledge of evidence-based practices, Twelve Step recovery principles, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, co-occurring disorders, and person-centered treatment.Knowledge of Nebraska licensing regulations, CARF accreditation standards, Medicaid requirements, behavioral healthcare documentation standards, and applicable federal and state regulations.Strong clinical judgment, ethical decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent leadership, supervisory, coaching, and staff development skills.Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic treatment environment.Ability to evaluate program performance, analyze data, and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives.Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with staff, community partners, referral sources, and regulatory agencies.Commitment to ethical practice, professional excellence, cultural humility, and compassionate care.Education and Experience
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another closely related behavioral health field.Current Nebraska Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) license required.Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) credential or eligibility preferred.Minimum of five years of progressively responsible clinical experience in substance use disorder treatment.Minimum of three years of leadership or supervisory experience overseeing clinical staff and behavioral health programs.Experience in residential substance use disorder treatment preferred.Experience with Medicaid-funded behavioral health services preferred.Experience preparing for or maintaining accreditation strongly preferred.Demonstrated experience implementing evidence-based practices, leading quality improvement initiatives, and achieving positive client outcomes.Working Conditions
Primarily based in an office and residential treatment facility environment.Frequent interaction with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screening and criminal background investigation in accordance with agency policy.Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance required.Physical Requirements

The Siena/Francis House provides low barrier emergency shelter to meet the immediate needs of individuals who are experiencing homelessness, and assists them in resolving their housing crisis.
