Electrification & Automation The Electrification & Automation (E&A) Business Unit provides a full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for all markets. We support today's power distribution needs while investing in future technologies to build the power grid of tomorrow. The Knightdale facility will deliver integrated electrical skid assemblies that combine power distribution and power conversion equipment with protection and automation systems. Electrical skids provide outdoor rated, modular, value-add solutions for key vertical markets to improve delivery reliability and lower total cost of ownership for customers. We are looking for skilled Electrician. This position will be based in Raleigh/Knightdale, NC, a new greenfield startup plant. Overview This salaried position supports electrical infrastructure and production operations at the Siemens EA facility in the Raleigh/Knightdale, NC area. The role is a key technical contributor in a manufacturing startup environment and supports skid assembly and one‑of‑a‑kind production operations. Working closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and EHS teams, this role focuses on electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The position supports safe operations, equipment reliability, and compliance with Siemens standards and electrical codes. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role supports day‑to‑day electrical activities aligned with operational priorities including safety, quality, delivery, and reliability. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
