Solution Design & Implementation Support: Partner with product owners, engineers, architects, data teams, and client stakeholders to support solution design system implementation, workflow optimization, integration planning, UAT, validation, and implementation readiness across front, middle, and back-office platforms including .targeted use cases of AI- or agent-enabled solutions.
Workstream Ownership & Execution: Own assigned tasks and deliverables by managing timelines, tracking risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies, proactively communicating progress, and helping drive initiatives from analysis through execution.
Client-Ready Communication & Deliverables: Prepare structured, accurate, and polished materials, including presentations, executive summaries, business cases, impact assessments, process documentation, status reports, meeting outputs, and stakeholder communications for internal teams, client stakeholders, and senior leaders.

Your role will be to assist in managing and delivering business-critical change initiatives with local clients. Candidates must be capable of exceptional client delivery, have the desire to lead, and have passion for the growth of our firm.

Responsibilities
Support clients in achieving sustainable performance and/or improvements within their organizationsCreate a customized change management roadmap based on the needs of the project and implement the change management activities for each phase of the projectLead impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholdersProvide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks and overall program healthAnticipate organizational changes that come with large-scale implementations and the change management and communications interventions which will be neededEnsure that key change initiatives deliver on business, schedule, and budget objectivesDetermine appropriate metrics and measures that will help the client measure progress, reinforce behavior, and adjust improve implementation resultsCoordinate with other initiatives to make sure there is a common understanding on timelines and other overlapsDevelop Executive-level presentations Develop readiness and skilling content leveraging multiple modalities based on customer experience best practicesUtilize Project Management frameworks and methods in a variety of rolesIdentify opportunities to provide or create additional client valueContribute to internal areas such as business development, people development, recruiting, marketing, and moreEngage in activities dedicated to supporting our cultureCollaborate with internal and client project team members, and contribute to internal communications and readiness activity within the program team and with client groups Maintain program sites as a repository for all project informationContribute to the development of high-quality and timely deliverablesLocation: Seattle WA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Compensation
Base Salary: $93,800 - $116,300. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by applicable law. Annual Performance BonusBenefits

Workplace
Sia values in-person collaboration. When serving clients, consultants may be required to work onsite at a client location based on engagement needs. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a Sia office or approved coworking location. Sia maintains offices and coworking arrangements across multiple U.S. markets, including New York City, Charlotte, Greater Seattle, San Francisco Greater Bay Area, Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Washington D.C.
