    ✅ A company that values your expertise and hard workWhat You Will Do:As the Plumbing Project Foreman, you'll be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and drainage systems for commercial buildings. You'll lead and coordinate a team of field employees and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage of the project.Supervise and coordinate the activities of plumbers, lead men, and other field staff.Ensure all plumbing installations are completed according to company standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.Promote and enforce a culture of safety, strictly adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols.Maintain up-to-date and accurate as-built plans and project documentation.Review blueprints, drawings, and project specs to plan work effectively.Collaborate with project managers to assist in job costing, labor tracking, and progress estimates for invoicing.Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of tools, equipment, and materials.Ensure all work is completed on schedule and within budget.Perform safety evaluations, including 5x5 assessments before and after each work activity.Maintain accurate project records including daily reports, TWLA's, and man-loaded schedules.What We Are Looking for:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in plumbing or pipefitting.Proven leadership experience as a Plumbing Foreman or similar role.High school diploma or equivalent.Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and installation techniques.Familiarity with the Florida Plumbing Code and OSHA regulations.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documentation.Join a Company That Values Your Craft!We believe in hard work, quality craftsmanship, and teamwork.
