Start Date: January 2026 **Contract to Hire Opportunity** Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage project safety initiatives, driving accident prevention and maintaining compliance with company standards. Develop and deliver safety training programs that support workforce readiness and reinforce safe work practices. Conduct frequent work area assessments, safety audits, and jobsite inspections with emphasis on hazard recognition and proactive risk mitigation. Coordinate and facilitate safety meetings to support clear communication and alignment among project teams. Participate in regulatory inspections and support compliance with state and federal requirements. Review and support Job Hazard Analyses for major phases of work; collaborate with supervisory personnel to ensure accurate and effective documentation. Perform daily field walks to evaluate safety program effectiveness and coach teams on improvement opportunities. Partner with field staff to develop corrective action plans addressing safety concerns and promote continuous improvement. Provide constructive safety feedback to project leadership and recognize safe behaviors across the workforce. Assist with jobsite orientations for new personnel and contribute to incident investigations and case management as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma required; 25 years of relevant experience. Minimum 3 years of construction safety experience, preferably on large-scale or technical projects. Safety Trained Supervisor- Construction (STS-C) Certificate or higher required. OSHA 30 Construction required. Experience working with a union workforce strongly preferred.
