    Join our team as a Sales Representative for the cleaning and janitorial industry and play a key role in growing our client base. In this role, you’ll connect with property managers, facility teams, and business owners to understand their cleaning needs and offer solutions that actually make their lives easier.

    You’ll be the face of the company—building relationships, closing deals, and helping maintain long-term partnerships. This is a paid position with strong growth potential for someone who knows how to communicate value and follow through.

    Duties

    Meet with property managers, building owners, and facility teams to understand cleaning needsConduct walkthroughs of commercial spaces (offices, clinics, retail, etc.) and help build scopes of workPresent service options including daily cleaning, porter services, deep cleaning, and specialty workFollow up on proposals and actively close new businessMaintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retentionCoordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accountsAssist with site visits, inspections, and occasional support when neededManage your schedule efficiently, including travel between client locationsExperience

    Experience in sales, customer service, or janitorial/facility services preferredStrong communication skills—you can talk to anyone and build trust quicklyAbility to walk spaces and understand what a proper cleaning scope should look likeOrganized and self-driven—you can manage your day without being micromanagedBasic math skills for pricing, estimating hours, and understanding marginsValid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sitesExperience in the cleaning industry is a big plus (but not required if you can learn fast)What We’re Looking For
