Role Description
NOW HIRING: Caregivers & Home Care Aides (PRN / Flexible Schedule)
We're seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers and companions who are passionate about helping others maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life at home. If you have a heart for service and a commitment to excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As a Caregiver or Companion, you may assist clients with:
• Personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
• Mobility support and transfers
• Meal planning & preparation
• Laundry, light housekeeping and household organization
• Transportation, errands, and shopping
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and emotional support
• Observing and reporting changes in client condition
• Accurate documentation of services provided; both verbal and written
What We're Looking For
✓ Compassionate and professional attitude
✓ Reliable attendance and punctuality
✓ Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
✓ Ability to work independently - We believe in transparent autonomy
✓ CPR/First Aid Certification (Required)
✓ Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation (for cases requiring driving)
✓ Ability to pass a background check and competency evaluation
✓ Ability to meet physical demands of caregiving
