    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Nephrologist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, collaborative, and motivated to grow with our practice. This role offers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population, develop long-term physician-patient relationships, and contribute to the practice’s continued success in both outpatient and inpatient settings.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide high-quality nephrology care in office, hospital, and dialysis center settings.Manage patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and end-stage renal disease.Perform inpatient consultations and participate in call rotation.Collaborate with advanced practice providers and clinical staff to deliver coordinated care.Participate in practice growth initiatives, including partnerships with local healthcare facilities.


    Qualifications:

             MD or DO degree with completion of accredited Nephrology Fellowship.Board Certified/Board Eligible in Nephrology.Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois.Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will have prior hemodialysis experience and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care for individuals with chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease (ESRD).

    As an In-Center Dialysis RN, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering safe, effective dialysis treatments while monitoring patient progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.

    Responsibilities
    Perform comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
    Administer and monitor hemodialysis treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
    Assess vascular access sites and ensure proper function and infection prevention measures.
    Monitor patient vital signs, laboratory results, and treatment responses.
    Administer medications as prescribed.
    Recognize and respond appropriately to dialysis-related complications and emergencies.
    Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, diet, and fluid management.
    Accurately document patient care and treatment outcomes in the electronic medical record.
    Collaborate with nephrologists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, social workers, and dialysis technicians to optimize patient outcomes.
    Maintain compliance with CMS, state, federal, and facility regulations.

    Qualifications Required:
    Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of IL.
    Minimum 1 year of recent in-center hemodialysis experience.
    Current BLS certification.
    Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
    Excellent communication and patient education abilities.

    Preferred:
    ACLS certification.
    Experience with ESRD patient management.
    Knowledge of dialysis quality measures and regulatory standards.

    Position SummaryThe Dialysis Technician will be responsible for performing hemodialysis treatments for patients with  ESRD. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with AV fistulas (AVF) and graft cannulation, dialysis machine setup, monitoring treatments, and maintaining strict infection control protocols.
    This role requires a technician who is confident working in a chronic dialysis unit and capable of managing patients safely throughout their dialysis treatment.

    Key Responsibilities
    Dialysis Treatment
    Prepare dialysis machines and equipment before each treatment.Initiate, monitor, and terminate dialysis treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.Monitor patient vital signs before, during, and after dialysis treatment.Respond appropriately to dialysis complications or emergencies.Vascular Access Management
     Perform AV fistula (AVF) cannulation safely and efficiently.Perform AV graft cannulation using proper sterile technique.Recognize complications related to vascular access, including infiltration, clotting, or infection.Ensure proper care and protection of vascular access sites.Patient Monitoring
    Closely monitor patients during dialysis sessions.Report any abnormal patient conditions to the nephrologist or nursing staff.Provide patient support and education during dialysis sessions.Infection Control & Safety
    Follow strict dialysis infection control protocols.Maintain sterile techniques during cannulation and treatment procedures.Ensure dialysis machines and equipment are disinfected according to regulatory standards.Documentation
