This role is responsible for coordinating outbound shipments, supervising shipping staff, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining on-time delivery to customers and distribution centers.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing or high-volume distribution environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage shipping processes efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Supervise and coordinate daily shipping activities for finished mattress products.

    Lead and manage shipping team members including scheduling, training, and performance management.

    Ensure all orders are picked, staged, and shipped accurately and on time.

    Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transportation teams to meet shipping deadlines.

    Verify shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping manifests.
