Under the direct supervision of the Front Desk Manager for Primary Care, the Lead Medical Interpreter is responsible for the oversight of administrative services and will provide English to Spanish interpretation and translation, this position will also work with the Front Desk Manager to coordinate and standardize processes to improve and enhance the quality of interpretation services for patients who have limited English proficiency (LEP).
